Cyclone Mocha made landfall and devastated Rakhine State on May 14. Twelve days later and little to no humanitarian assistance has been received by survivors. The U.N. states that 5.4 million people were affected by the cyclone and 3.2 million are in urgent need of humanitarian assistance following its impact.
